Walls for Controlled Contamination Environments

OC designs and manufactures a variety of modular partition wall panels for use in controlled contamination environments, offering a wide selection of material options based on specific application requirements.

 The modular panels can be constructed using either sheet metal or HPL (High Pressure Laminate). 

The sheet metal panels are available in brushed stainless steel; pre-painted galvanized steel; or galvanized steel, which subsequently requires a fur- ther coating with a resilient material. All OC wall systems incorporate a patented panel coupling mechanism. This system is engineered to allow the removal of individual wall sections without disturbing the adjacent wall panels. This facilitates rapid intervention, minimizing downtime during installation and maintenance, reducing the overall impact on pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

False Ceiling

OC False Ceiling are available with various types of panels and can be custom-made. The ceiling design is prepared to accommodate lighting systems and filtration systems, as well as to facilitate controlled airflow. All OC ceilings are designed to integrate harmoniously with the rest of the environment.
